Ray is very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable knowing he knew the market for the area. He kept in constant touch with me as I moved out of my home to allow some interior and exterior work to be done including painting. He advised as to the need for curb appeal and located a gardener to assist with this and ensured that staging of the house was appropriate . He advised a sale price which would encourage buyers to come and view the property and he was confident that the market would reflect the value . This did occur and I realized more than the original asking price . I feel that the buyers as well as myself were happy with the outcome.
